Purchase a redemption code, redeem it into your wallet and confirm the balance; contact support for fee-free direct top-ups and after-sales help.
Top-ups follow a separate process: buy a redemption code → redeem it → confirm your balance. Then return to the quickstart to create a key and configure your tool.
#Redeem a top-up code
Purchase a redemption code
Open the top-up shop, select an amount and complete the order. After payment, the page returns a redemption code.
Redeem into your wallet
Return to the Passion8 console, open Wallet Management → Redeem Code, paste the code and confirm.
Confirm your balance
Refresh the wallet balance after redemption. Once credited, create an API key and configure your client.
Top up only what you need instead of keeping a large prepaid balance. Usage is metered and your balance does not expire.

The redemption-code shop charges a processing fee. Contact support using the QR codes for fee-free direct top-ups, after-sales help or account/site information updates.
