## Desktop quickstart

The Code tab includes Claude Code without requiring a separate Node/CLI installation.

The documented beta targets Ubuntu 22.04+/Debian 12+ on x86_64 or arm64.

## Code on the web

Connect a GitHub repository, configure an environment, dispatch work, and review the result/PR. Suitable for browser/mobile delegation and long cloud tasks.

Cloud gateway use depends on supported organization/provider configuration, not your local user settings.

The plugin uses your installed CLI rather than bundling it.

## Slack

Mentioning Claude can route a coding task to a hosted session using the user's account and connected repositories.

Channel context can include other people's messages. Use trusted channels and keep secrets out of threads.

Selections, diagnostics, plugins, and MCP can expand context. Inspect usage/cache creation and upfront tool schemas when costs rise.
